WARRANTY CONDITIONS - WE STAND FOR QUALITY, DURABILITY, AND SERVICE!

"As a family business, Brasilheroe stands for very high quality through handwork and the use of high-quality materials, i.e. fabrics and leather goods, thanks to our own production in our family in Brazil, and thus also for years of durability!"

"We provide a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all seams, i.e. for bean bags, tablecloths, bags, and poufs."

"Fabrics and processed leather goods are not covered by the warranty, as they are subject to natural wear and tear due to use. Furthermore, fabrics and leather goods are excluded from complaints in case of wear due to improper use/improper cleaning, damage from sharp objects, or environmental influences such as moisture or excessively high temperatures."

Please note the following things when using our products:

  • You use our products for the intended purpose.
  • "After use or cleaning, the products are always stored in a dry place."
  • You take into account that the products are partially sensitive to humidity, water, sunlight, sea, as well as chemicals such as detergent, solvents, and chlorine.
  • You take into account the care instructions for the individual products, including cleaning the fabric surface with a damp cloth (clear water at room temperature) or removing accidental dirt with a clean, sponge-like cloth or absorbent paper, without pressing into the fabric. Furthermore, no abrasives such as brushes with bristles, water jets, abrasive sponges, or chemicals (alkaline and chlorinated) such as laundry powder, solvents, or chlorine are used for cleaning.
  • "You are careful with sharp objects like nails and scissors."
  • "You are aware that our bean bag filling is elastic and after a while, when the bean bag is used intensively, the filling may lose size." 

'Your invoice is also your warranty receipt; with this, we can ensure a smooth processing in case of a warranty claim – because the warranty period begins with the date on the invoice. The assertion of the warranty can be made via email to ola@brasilheroe.com possible. Please describe the warranty case or the problem in detail, including photos if possible, and attach your invoice. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

Despite the very high exclusivity of the products, some of which are unique pieces, an exchange will generally take place in the event of a warranty. If this is not possible, we will inform you within a period of 10 working days in order to alternatively offer you a replacement product or to enable a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the presented warranty conditions do not affect or limit your rights under the statutory warranty!

Lastly, even if the warranty on your purchase has expired or you caused the problem yourself (for example, moisture or other damage), please feel free to contact us and reach out to us with any questions!
