After 4️⃣ years, the leading trade fair for the hotel 🏨 and gastronomy 🍽 industry returned with 88,000 visitors.
We were equally impressed by the positive response and a program that set an example.
🤝 We met #partners and #friends from the industry again and were able to exchange ideas in person.
💬 Every day there were great panels and presentations about concepts and opportunities in the #gastronomy and #hotel industry .
👨🏼🦱👩🏼👨🏼🦰👳🏽♀️The focus of the discussions was always on people as well as on change and constantly adapting to the needs and interests of the target groups.
🍽 🍦🍷 You could learn about and try out creative and innovative products from all areas of gastronomy 😋
👩🏼🍳 👨🏽The Culinary Olympics brought together culinary arts from all over the world.
In the hospitality lounge Taste & Talk of the ahgz - Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung, the who's who of the industry came together in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed a few minutes of downtime🧘🏽♀ In addition, there was input from industry experts 👨🏼🔬
