Warranty

WARRANTY CONDITIONS - WE STAND FOR QUALITY, DURABILITY, AND SERVICE!

As a family business, Brasilheroe stands for very high quality through handcrafted production within our family in Brazil and the use of high-quality materials, i.e. fabrics and leather goods, and thus also for years of durability!

We grant a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all seams, i.e., on beanbags, tablecloths, bags, and poufs.

Fabrics and processed leather goods are not covered by the warranty, as they are subject to natural wear and tear through use. Furthermore, fabrics and leather goods are excluded from complaints if worn due to improper use/improper cleaning, damage from sharp objects, or environmental influences such as moisture or excessive temperatures.

Please note the following when using our products:

  • You use our products for the intended purpose.
  • After use or cleaning, the products are always stored in a dry place.
  • You consider that the products are partly sensitive to humidity, water, sunlight, sea, as well as chemicals like detergent powder, solvents, and chlorine.
  • You follow the care instructions of the individual products, including cleaning the fabric surface with a damp cloth (clear water at room temperature) or removing accidental dirt with a clean, sponge-like cloth or absorbent paper, without pressing into the fabric. Furthermore, no abrasives such as brushes with bristles, water jets, abrasive sponges, or chemicals (alkaline and chlorinated) like detergent powder, solvents, or chlorine are used for cleaning.
  • You are careful with sharp objects like nails and scissors.
  • You keep in mind that our beanbag filling is elastic and after some time, if the beanbag is used intensively, the filling might lose size. 

Your invoice is also your warranty certificate, with which we can ensure a smooth process in the event of a warranty claim – because the warranty period begins with the date on the invoice. Warranty claims can be made via email to ola@brasilheroe.com possible. Please describe the warranty case or problem concretely, including photos if possible, and attach your invoice; we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the further procedure.

Despite the very high exclusivity of the products, some of which are unique pieces, an exchange will generally be made in the event of a warranty. If this is not possible, we will inform you within 10 working days to offer you an alternative replacement product or to enable a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the warranty provisions shown do not affect or restrict your rights under the statutory warranty!

Last but not least, even if the warranty on your purchase has expired or you caused the problem yourself (for example moisture or other damage), feel free to contact us anyway and reach out if you have any questions!
